Michelle Watson is a creative strategist who is extensively experienced in consumer research, foundational brand strategy, and campaign strategy. Michelle is the Owner + Strategist at MW Workshop, providing brand positioning and personality for start-ups. Formerly, Michelle was a Senior Brand Strategist at McGarrah Jessee, leading brands like Shiner Beers, YETI, Whataburger, Outdoor Voices, & Guitar Center. Michelle holds a dual degree in Business Honors and Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling, making jewelry, yoga, reading, and writing. We’re grateful to have Michelle guiding our work.

Jen Miller is a deeply experienced art director and designer. She is currently a Senior Art Director at Mekanism in San Francisco, CA, leading work with brands such as eBay, Instagram, Cupcake Wines, and Charles Schwab. Formerly, Jen has almost a decade of experience in art direction across agencies like Made Movement, BBDO, nFusion, and PMG with clients such as Lyft, New Balance, Visa, Samsung, Annheuser Busch, Church’s Chicken, Rudy’s BBQ, and more. Jen holds a degree in Creative Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin. Jen enjoys traveling, good food + drink, and being outdoors. We’re always floored by Jen’s work and are grateful for her talent.

Lisa is a licensed counselor who is also an experienced organization builder, leader, speaker, and educator. Lisa brings a wealth of experience, empathy, and education. Lisa recently founded the Reimagining Grief project to help clients reimagine and reauthor their understanding and experiences of grief and loss. Prior to that, Lisa was the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Austin social impact organization Mission Capital and co-founded the CareBOX Program, a nonprofit providing free care supplies to cancer patients in need in Central Texas. Lisa’s education includes a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University.

Sriram is a Class of 2020 student at the University of Texas at Austin, dual-majoring in Business Honors and Biology / Pre-Med. Sriram is our Spring 2019 intern, responsible for developing a process framework for engaging with health insurance providers as well as developing an experimental framework for the preliminary use of brain technology / data collection in our client services. Outside of school and work, Sriram has interests in interior design, gardening, cooking, graphology, and ancient civilizations.
